COVID-19 Update - As of 23.03.2020 all hands on osteopathy appointments and face to face consultations have been stopped until it is deemed safe to do so. Virtual telehealth sessions are available for existing and new clients at Good Health Centre and Castle Clinic where we can discuss your symptoms, provide you with advice and exercise to help you best manage your pain. Online personal training plans are still available to help you exercise at home!

The Ethos of SAFE Hands Health Fitness and Rehabilitation
S
Stability
Keeping your joints stable and your muscles strong can reduce injury risk to the muscular, skeletal and cartilaginous structures of the body.
A
Alignment
Spinal and pelvic alignment (not everyone needs to be 100% straight) can help reduce injury risk through compensations and imbalances.
F
Flexibility
Ensuring muscular flexibility and joint mobility allows your musculoskeletal system to work in harmony, reducing the risk of strains, tears and imbalances.
E
Equation
These 3 ideals are the equation upon which SAFE Hands was founded.
